Deland R. Barr, DO
Deland Barr, DO attended Southwestern State in
Weatherford, Oklahoma going on to Kansas State
University where he graduated in 1975 with a
Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Veterinary
Medicine Degree. He served with the rank of captain
in the U.S. Army from 1975 to 1979. He then attended
medical school at the University of Health Sciences
in Kansas City, Mo. graduating in 1983. He did his
rotating internship at Enid Memorial Hospital in
Oklahoma for one year then practiced family medicine
at a medical clinic in Wellington, Kansas.
He came to Weiser’s Two Rivers
Medical Clinic in 1992 bringing with him eight years
of experience in many different aspects of patient
care, including Obstetrics and Gynecology.
He is a member of AOA and the
Idaho Medical Association. He is board
certified in Family Practice (AAOFP). He is
certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support,
Advanced Trauma Life Support, Advanced Life Support
Obstetrics, and the Neonatal Resuscitation Program.
Dr. Barr and his wife have six
grown children and eight grandchildren.

Lore B. Wootton, MD
Lore Wootton, MD graduated in 1993 from the
University of Maryland School of Medicine. She
ventured west to complete her residency in Colorado.
Dr. Wootton has practiced family
medicine in Weiser since 1997.
She is a member of the Idaho Medical Association and
a fellow in the American
Academy of Family Physicians. She is certified in
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Advanced Life
Support Obstetrics, and the Neonatal Resuscitation
Program.
She enjoys the broad range of
medicine and patient care that is involved in a
rural family practice setting. Dr. Wootton and
her husband are raising two children here in Weiser.

Suzanna D. Hubele, MD
Suzanna Hubele, MD graduated from the University of
Idaho in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Zoology. She attended the University of Washington
School of Medicine and graduated with her MD degree
in 2004. After being board certified in family
practice with the Family Practice Residency of Idaho
in 2007, Dr. Hubele began primary care at Two Rivers
Medical Clinic.
She is a member of the American
Academy of Family Practice and the Idaho Medical
Association. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac
Life Support, Advanced Life Support Obstetrics, and
the Neonatal Resuscitation Program.
She is committed to providing our
patients with the best, most comprehensive care
ranging from pediatrics to geriatric medicine.
Dr. Hubele enjoys spending time
with her husband and two children. |

Kent L. Hamilton, PAC
Kent Hamilton, PA-C, Physician Assistant Certified,
graduated from St. Francis College in Loretto,
Pennsylvania in 1994 and earned a Master of
Physician Assistant Studies degree from the
University of Nebraska in 2001. Familiar with Weiser
through family ties, Kent began practicing at Two
Rivers Medical Clinic in 1994, providing family and
urgent care medicine.
He is a member in good standing
with the American Academy of Physician Assistants,
the Idaho Academy of Physician Assistants, and the
Idaho Medical Association. Kent has audited Advanced Trauma
Life Support and is Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support Certified.
He also had the honor of being
chosen to serve on the National Physician Assistant
Certifying Exam Test Writing Committee in Atlanta,
Georgia in 2009.
Kent and his wife appreciate
being able to raise their two children in Weiser.

Selena J. Ankarberg, FNP
Selena Ankarberg, FNP, Family Nurse Practitioner, joined
our family practice in 2006. She had already formed
patient care relationships in our community working
as a registered nurse first at St. Alphonsus Medical
Center then Weiser Memorial Hospital.
Selena received her Bachelor of
Science in Nursing at Seattle Pacific University. She went on to get her Master of
Science in Nursing degree through Idaho State
University.
She is board certified through the American Academy
of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the Nurse
Practitioners of Idaho and the Idaho Medical
Association. She is certified in Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support and Pediatric
Cardiovascular Life Support.
Selena and her husband have
settled in Weiser with their two children. |
