Our Story.

Two Rivers Medical Clinic, PA has a long history of service to our community.

Originally established in 1969 under Wheeler Medical Association, services were provided to the community of Weiser and surrounding small towns.

Then in 1995, Two Rivers Medical Clinic, PA became a corporate entity and purchased the assets and patient records of Wheeler Medical Association.

Today we are keeping up with tradition and continue to provide exceptional primary care that is close to home, this allows our providers and staff to become familiar with you and your family members.

Currently, Dr. Lore Wootton, MD is the sole owner of Two Rivers Medical Clinic, PA.
