  • LORE B. WOOTTON, MD

    Lore Wootton, MD graduated in 1993 from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She ventured west to complete her residency in Colorado.

    Dr. Wootton has practiced family medicine in Weiser since 1997.

    She is a member of the Idaho Medical Association and a fellow in the American Academy of Family Physicians. She is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Advanced Life Support Obstetrics, and the Neonatal Resuscitation program. She was named Idaho Family Physician of the year in 2020.     She enjoys the broad range of medicine and patient care in a rural family practice setting. Dr. Wootton and her husband raised 2 children here in Weiser, and are now enjoying the freedom of empty nesting!

  • SUZANNA D. HUBELE, MD

    Suzanna Hubele, MD graduated from the University of Idaho in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology. She attended the University of Washington School of Medicine and graduated with an MD degree in 2004. After being board certified in family practice with the Family Practice Residency of Idaho in 2007, Dr. Hubele began primary care at Two Rivers Medical Clinic.

    She is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and the Idaho Medical Association. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Life Support Obstetrics, and the Neonatal Resuscitation Program. Dr. Hubele has been part of the Idaho Academy of Family Physicians Board of Directors since 2007 and was the President from 2021-2022. She is committed to providing our patients with the best, most comprehensive care ranging from pediatrics to geriatric medicine.

    Dr. Hubele enjoys working in her flower garden, hiking, and camping, and most recently became certified in scuba diving. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

  • BETH L. BAUER, FNP

    A 2004 Council High School graduate, Beth graduated from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2008. Then in 2014, She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Maryville University.

    She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners of Idaho, and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. She enjoys working with people of all ages, especially children, and has a passion for sports medicine.

    Beth loves all sports, the outdoors, and, most of all, spending time with her husband and five children.

    You will find her on the sidelines of local schools and community events as she enjoys being part of her hometown community.
